Returns

In accordance with EU regulations, you may notify us of your intent to return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it.

Returns must be initiated within 7 business days from delivery.
Rest of World
Returns must be requested within 7 business days from delivery, in accordance with the laws applicable in your country of residence.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:

Free of stains, scent, or signs of use
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Once approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
You may also choose store credit instead of a refund.
Return shipping and any cancellation fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.
